June 28, 20205 yr Shack95 to the rescue once again 🙂 Thanks a lot. People are SO hard to please,We have seen places where they complain about tropical waters, not looking tropical at all, and now it's salt ponds looking tropical, gee what's next 🙂 Jorn Lundtoft I don't always stop and look at airplanes.........Oh wait, Yes I do. June 28, 20205 yr Waters have always been one of the weak points in FS sceneries. Something I do not understand is why couldn't they render the proper hues and colors knowing that their underlying layer is imagery. No sarcasm here, just an observation, and yes!, my dear Jorn, I like to see my waters right : tropical, salted, silted, shallow and so on and so forth to where they belong. I am hard to please 😃. A good customer is/should be. It helps the designer to do his or her utmost. Trees, undulating runways, water etc. Everyone seem to forget how HUGE the world is, and it's impossible to get everything right. I'm sure it will be corrected bit by bit, just give it time. Well done our Shack. Wasn't there another screenshot a few updates ago from some salines somewhere - only more brightly coloured than these? Did we nail those down? June 28, 20205 yr I love this thread because it's just visuals with no discussion about whether things look right or wrong - especially trees - and goodness - there's plenty of other threads around here if you want to lock horns with others on the subject. It's just a visual feast. It shouldn't be anything more. Edited June 28, 20205 yr by Will Fly For Cheese

June 28, 20205 yr Yeah, that's it Shack, When I was hunting about in the med earlier there were ponds which looked just like that in Ibiza...I guess it's all salt...I thought the coloured salt you buy was dyed - I didn't realise it was harvested that colour - must be something - I'm guessing - to do refraction and pH/ acidity/ alkalinity.
