The application (ESP) was releeased in 2006, they didn't released a new 32bit software in 2015. There aren't any modern 32-bit sims on the market today. X-Plane, P3D, Aerofly, DCS - all 64-bit. It's kind of silly to think that a sim that is in development today might be 32-bit.
