Hello Greg,Have you checked your OS.The OS should be XP SP2 for 256 and Vista for 512.If you don't have it install FSX will fail to Exe.You can find XP SP2 courtesy of Microsoft updates.Plus make should you have 256mb of Ram.Best regards,Real Spinner

I believe mail sent to that address is actually redirected to a number of individuals at Microsoft. Apparently one of them is on vacation and he happens to have a badly configured auto-responder...Doug

When I put either of the FSX Deluxe discs in my DVD drive, they come up as blank. The only thing on the discs is a strange text file titled Readme with the following message. "This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating systemthat supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification."Even the guys at Guru3d are confused by this one. I'm not sure if this is a Windows problem, a drive problem, or an FSX problem. I popped the disc into the drive of my iBook, and according to it, the files are there. I also updated my DVD drive to the latest firmware but still no luck. I'm running Windows XP 2002 Edition with SP2 and all of the latest updates. The drive is an LG GSA-4160B DVD Multi. It has something to do with SP2 hosing my idendity as outlined here: http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...ing_type=search I've tried numerous times, all sorts of different methods using ntrights.exe, yet no success. I didn't have any problems with the demo.My concern is that once this product meets it's "official" release date there will be alot more folks unable to install their shiney, new FSX. Me, I believe I'll head back to Best Buy to try working something out with regard to returning my FSX Deluxe (haven't had much help from MS... they want me to reinstall Windows.
