April 23, 20206 yr the reflections on the cockpit are quite nice! @simtom here's again hoping for 16 GB Ram Fam!
April 23, 20206 yr That might have been intentional 😄 Former MSFS Alpha Tester, current member of the MSFS Stream Team.
April 23, 20206 yr Can't get the update to load on the website, thanks for posting. The screenshot by Player058611765 shows the GPU being maxed out with ~7GB VRAM usage, and the CPU chilling. Very interesting...
April 23, 20206 yr And look at those frame rates ... Former MSFS Alpha Tester, current member of the MSFS Stream Team.
April 23, 20206 yr Just now, simtom said: And look at those frame rates ... Very impressive, considering the 4K resolution as well. There is a minimum of 1 FPS, though perhaps the overlay shows a very accurate metric, and that could have been an I/O stutter or the loading screen.
April 23, 20206 yr Everytime I think, well, this is taking forever, what's the point, maybe I'll go to V5 etc etc etc etc. Then I see the new screens from alpha testers, some posters here and NOT promo shots < read that again, and I get all tingly all over and nearly wet myself. I'm thinking now that it will take me 5 years to figure out what I actually want to do in the sim. So many options. There goes my marriage. Hope she'll be ok... 😄

April 23, 20206 yr I have an 1070 and that has 8 GB. Former MSFS Alpha Tester, current member of the MSFS Stream Team.

April 23, 20206 yr Man, everytime I see new screenshots of msfs 2020, and then comeback to prepar3d v5, it feels like such an outdated sim. I'm extremely excited for this and can't wait to get my hands on this truly nextgen flight sim that a lot of us have been waiting for!
