I didn´t even know there is a connection necessary for usage! This is annoying. I don´t like tools required a connection all/each time you want to use it. And now? Marcus Regards, Marcus P.
November 28, 20205 yr I'm assuming it's going to be like this until they get the servers back up. I feel like this is the same way the Flight Sim Store went down. Just waiting. December 5, 20205 yr I bought my copy off Simmarket and I just want to say, I am very pleased with FFTF Dynamics’ performance in P3Dv5.1 HF1. I must admit I do not totally understand it’s inner workings. I do not know if my settings are the best for me but I do notice increased performance in terms of smoother FPS. For the record I use a setting of 28 - 34 for Frames Scenario and 0.01 - 0.30 below 8000’ for AGL Height Scenario and couldn’t be more happy with the performance of my sim. I use Frames scenario for Altitudes higher than 8000’. It’s so easy to toggle back and forth while flying. IMO, this addon is the real deal. Glad I bought it. December 21, 20205 yr Can someone check and confirm that FFTF Dynamic (ver. 5.1.1226829) is working? Program starts normaly but it does nothing in AGL Height Scenario. Maybe servers issue? Regards. Regards, Bartek Staniszewski

I mean that FFTF Dynamic is set to AGL Height Scenario, AGL range feet - 0 - 10000, FFTF range 0.01 - 0.1. P3D v5 is internally blocked at 120 fps. Till today that setting was best for my setup - 40 - 50 fps on ground. Now i have 25 - 30 fps - it seems like FFTF Dynamic stays on 0.33 value. Edit: Nevermind Guys. It seems to be working now. It was one time stopper. Edited December 21, 20205 yr by brosss Regards, Bartek Staniszewski

If you have already done that I would un- and reinstall it. You can test it : 0-1000 0.01 - 0.7 ( to drag the framerate down ) Unlimited in P3D Do not run FTFF Dynamic. Slew your ac up to 1000 in a very detailed area that normally takes your franerate down. Watch your framerate. Now start up FFTF Dynamic. Watch your framerate. It should be lower than before as the 0.01 now is 0.7. If you are seeing the same framerate than in- and reinstall it. Btw : 0 - 5000 / 0.01 - 0.33 is what I use with AGL Edited December 21, 20205 yr by GSalden 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv. 13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degrees My flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0
March 17, 20215 yr I recently bought a new monitor, so my settings have changed. I now run as below. what would you recommend the settings to be with FFTF Dynamic P3Dv5? I get confused with ff .033 etc etc etc SIM: Unlimited Frames // vsync off Ndivia Control Panel : Frames capped at 35 // vsync forced on. Monitor runs at 144 hertz Many thanks Edited March 17, 20215 yr by fluffyflops
March 17, 20215 yr You know that: Higher FFTF = lower risk of blurries, faster autogen loading, but lower FPS. Lower FFTF = higher risk of blurries, slower autogen loading, but higher FPS. Do you have any problems with the things mentioned above?

December 3, 20214 yr And if it is still worth purchasing? I have no problems with smoothness in P3D, apart from at night at some airports thanks to badly optimized dynamic lighting.
