Didnt find anything about it.

Are there animals included in MSFS 2020? Not only static ones but also dynamic ones like a big whale or elephants.

Has anybody heard anything about it?

i heard some are running free on the streets 

Animals exist in the game and there is a filter to locate them.  The rest you will have to find on your own

Yeah where are the Giraffes and Elephants we saw in the very first trailer June 9th, 2019. And the Geese, Goose, dang it, Birds we saw flying next to the cub I think? And only 2 more weeks till release. And we can locate them ourselves 🙂

But I AM, so how nice would it be to see a big whale coming out of the water when approaching an airport which is located by the water.
And there are animals in FSX aswell, arent there?

Before I see a whale jumping out of the water on approach I would like to have trains. 😄

A little more birds would make sense though, as we share the same medium.

We are serious look at the original launch trailer June 9th, 2019!

I know there are birds in FSX, I just saw them the other day!

Yup, if you turn thermal visualisation to the 'natural' setting in the options, you get birds. There are some animals about too. One or two TPD add-ons added animals, for example Aerosoft's African Airstrip Adventures, which is still actually a really good fun add-on to play. So it'd be a step back if the new sim did not have them, which is why it does have them.

Bird strikes?

the animals are in the game, youtubers may not be looking for them or w/e but they are there

Good question. They were in FSW and the new MS sim seems to have taken a fair bit of inspiration from that, so I would think if they aren't in there now, they will be at some point.

aren't they supposed to be in XP (bird strikes)? Yet I've never experienced one, myself.

i sincerely hope your kidding, i mean thats just Extra eye candy - its not a zoo simulator
i would love to see more types of animals rather than higher quality if they are going to spend their time and expense on this

personally i hope they put this (animals in general) off entirely untill after they can do some other fixes for bugs or tweaks to the flight mechanics or w/e
dont get me wrong i love they are there, and will certainly go looking for them, but they are not a high priority in my book
