August 31, 20205 yr Multi engine aerodynamics are way off too, also the props don't feather...... Multi engine ground handling is also way off. You can push the power all the way up on one engine and the plane just taxis straight ahead. Edited August 31, 20205 yr by z06z33 ATP MEL,CFI,CFII,MEI. Type Ratings B-737, ERJ-190,ERJ-170
August 31, 20205 yr Most of the airplanes are a mess. Only a few that are tolerable. Waiting for the after market. I hate to say it buy I will take Carenado until A2A put some out.

Doesn't do that for me. If I push power on 1 engine only then the plane turns unless i apply rudder to compensate. In fact I use asymmetrical thrust to help me taxi all the time in both the Baron and da62 as well. I also get wing drop and need to apply rudder with an engine out at altitude...umm, although I think it may be the wrong side that drops, heh...I'll have to try it again to see. September 3, 20205 yr I am thinking of trying the Baron G58, I know about the ALT bug knob, what is listed in controls to increase/decrease alt so i can set up buttons. To get round the button missing. Edited September 3, 20205 yr by Nyxx David Murden. To get round the button missing. Until it gets fixed, I manually fly the aircraft to my selected altitude and then engage the ALT hold. To leave the current altitude, I disengage/re-engage autopilot, adjust my rate of decent, (with nose/updown selectors) and selct ALT hold when im at desired altitude. All a bit of a faff and hope the aircraft are sorted out in the next 2 months.

I have just set automixture on for now until they fix this. How to lean a piston engine without an EGT gauge: 1. Pull mixture out (very slowly) until engine starts to run rough or you see a drop in RPM or manifold pressure. 2. Push mixture back in until engine smooths out or RPM/MP returns to peak. This is how you do it in a real airplane without an EGT, and most legacy GA aircraft don't have one.

But now as the patch has fixed the simconnect issue, Ive used Spad to setup my radio panel so that now I can use it to display and adjust the altitude bug in all my aircraft (including the Baron). September 3, 20205 yr I just set AUTO pilot ALT increase and decrease to two buttons, works really well. I wont miss the knob now. David Murden. September 14, 20205 yr Well apart from the mixture not leaning with the levers and no ALT select knob, if you look in the weight and balance section, there also seems to be four seats in this aeroplane when there should be six!

Many owners remove 2 seats for W/B issue(s) and to add leg/luggage room. Very common actually. SAR Pilot. Flight Sim'ing since the beginning.
