August 25, 20205 yr I believe it's possible with FSX/P3D. And MSFS keyboard command lists F11 key for changing aircraft. But when I pressed it during the flight nothing happens. By all means, is it possible to change planes after the flight starts in MSFS? 9950X3D / 64GB / RTX5090 / Pimax Crystal Light / Win11
August 30, 20205 yr Wim123 could you explain a bit more about how one uses the Developer console for this - thanks

August 30, 20205 yr the dev console portion for this function does either not work well (will not display all aircraft) or does work as intended and changes to only one type. Just be aware. August 30, 20205 yr I would like a way to load a flightplan after the sim is loaded. If I fly JFK-BOS I would like to upload my flightplan from Simbrief on the way back. correct me if I am wrong but Right now the only solution is to type to flightplan manually into the FMC ( which doesnt even let you type in airways)
August 30, 20205 yr Wait. You mean you can't change aircraft midflight without going into a dev menu that you first have to enable in options? How is this real-world simulation? Completely ruins the immersion! #refund

Just be aware. I had the same issue in the beginning, until I expanded the window that only showed a single aircraft initially. If you expand it to the bottom of your screen, you will see all aircraft and all liveries you have installed Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080

August 30, 20205 yr Maybe I missed something obvious but I can't find a way to change airport/location without quitting the scenario I'm in and starting a destination/arrival from scratch. I've also noticed that if you reload a saved flight the weather menu is blanked out. I've also noticed that if you reload a saved flight the weather menu is blanked out. This can also be done using the developer's mode. It is called the 'Teleport window' in the menu. This feature together with the aircraft selection has been requested hundreds of times by the testers, but...
