The upside of going large is very nice I would have liked to go bigger than 32" but the problem was the next size was a 43" TV and that wouldn't fit in the space available. Ray (Cheshire, England). September 30, 20205 yr I have a 3090 on it's way next week. If I was running at 1080 then I wouldn't even have given it a second thought, I would have been more than happy with a 2080ti. But as I have been running my 43" 4k monitor with a 1080ti for so long, I really need to up my game. I've just had a new build with a I7-10700 running at 5Ghz and 32Gb RAM, so this will be the icing on the cake. But as I say, I really think a 3090 would be money well spent elsewhere for those with a 1080 display. I'm personally waiting probably for the RTX 3080 20GB or RTX 3090... Following this and to see how this is unfolding. Edited October 1, 20205 yr by awf André
