V1 has very involved videos on C550 procedures. SAR Pilot. Flight Sim'ing since the beginning.

October 18, 20205 yr Author We have released a hotfix, v0.5.1, to fix a couple nagging critical bugs in the v0.5.0 release. NEW FEATURE VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8xYOWnxmvM https://github.com/Working-Title-MSFS-Mods/fspackages/releases/tag/cj4-v0.5.1 As usual, scroll to the bottom and download the workingtitle-cj4-v0.5.1.zip file. Quote Working Title CJ4 v0.5.1 Changes Welcome to the latest update of the Working Title CJ4 (v0.5.1). Thank you to everyone who contributed to this release. This is a hotfix release intended to fix critical issues introduced in 0.5.0 Demo video (0.5.0+): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8xYOWnxmvM Feel free to test out our new Simbrief Profile: SIMBRIEF PROFILE Check out our interim SoP doc: Interim SoP Document Installation Installation is easy, simply copy the workingtitle-aircraft-cj4 folder inside the zip file to your MSFS Community folder. Important: We recommend that you fully delete the previous workingtitle-aircraft-cj4 folder before copying this release. Additions and Hotfixes New Frequency page Fixed a bug where SimBrief flight plan import would fail when the route contains a departure procedure Flight Log: ETE and Landing time would continually update and never stop. Legs: When selecting an approach fix and returning to page 1 by pressing the LEGS button, the direct to should still work properly Mod Set: The initial value of the cabin lights setting should now be correct Known Issues Direct to or skipping waypoints in an approach sometimes results in undesired behavior. Monitor these changes closely. We will continue to look into improvements in this capability. After using Direct-To, the navigation will not always automatically sequence to the next fix and may enter ROL mode. You can re-activate NAV to navigate to the next fix if you encounter this issue. The aircraft is still using the built-in MSFS autopilot (for now). All the existing limitations of that still apply. It does behave a bit better with the various enhancements applied. Some flight plan distances may still be misreported when the approach is activated. Please log an issue if you encounter this with details. Some instances of the autopilot skipping approach waypoints still occur - this is deep in the sim handling of waypoints and is, for now, out of our hands. We will continue to research this. Premier 1 driver flies a Premier 1a that has Collins avionics. Between the two there is a lot of good info (and both channels very entertaining to watch).
October 19, 20205 yr Tried again today. As soon as it switches to the STAR, the AP takes me off somewhere.... likely direct to the airport it seems. I had to use the hdg bug to manually fly the STAR and the Approach. Edit: Was able to re program(recycle the approach) while on the approach, and it captured. RNAV into Palm Springs is sooo broken, would fly you into terrain if you didn't take over Edited October 19, 20205 yr by jpe828

October 19, 20205 yr Would be possible to add the option to move both throttles clicking with the mouse, both sticks at the same time like many aircrafts in the other sims?
October 19, 20205 yr I'm trying to get SimBrief-Mod working, but I don't see the Mod-Option on Page 2 of the IDX page. I installed the latest Mod, but that option does not appear. Any help appreciated. Disregard. A new download and install fixed it. Thanks for your work!!! Regards Gunter Schneider
October 19, 20205 yr This is a really fantastic piece of work! I've just flown LFTZ-EGLC and the aircraft behaved beautifully. I followed the SOP document, did my best to follow all the checklists (although I abandoned the landing one because there was just too much going on!) and had a really good flight. The approach was a little dicey, but this was because I'm just not very good at flying this thing and I can't really blame the devs for that! 😉 Will certainly be putting in many more hours to hone my skills. Thanks very much for all your hard work. filbertflies.com | YouTube | Twitchi7 13700k, GeForce RTX 3080Ti, 32GB RAM
October 19, 20205 yr Very lovely work, and against my normal habit to use the autopilot quite often in jets, the CJ4 is a joy to handlfy! Thanks a lot! Ryzen 9 7950X3D; MSI X670E; 48 GB DDR5 Ram; NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super 16 GB
