It’s just 20 quid?  I wouldn’t pay 20c for it. I would want compensation for the lost bandwidth in the download.  I would regret putting my hard drive through the effort of installing it. Please, open invitation to pass judgement on it in here when you fire it up and try it.

And you came to the conclusion that this addon is worthless how?

Community members have given it a shot and since recommended it.

May not be the deepest of sim but is worthy to some for an aircraft that is not even otherwise available.

t's just twenty quid though. You get what you pay for. I'll pass judgement when I get home and try it. If it takes off and lands I'll be happy.

If someone released a plane like this on XP/P3D for $20 it would be ripped to shreds and nit-picked apart very quickly. What this shows is that people are really desperate for aircraft on MFS and it's a gold-mine for anyone willing to take advantage of this (legitimately or not)

I don’t get it!!  I get scrutinised that a button on the FMS of the TBM is literally 1 or 2 mm too big

I hear you Goran, it's incredibly frustrating.

At least now we see where you stand on quality so i still dont understand why you complain so much.

How?

that’s all I needed to see. And I wish I could unsee it. The first few seconds, my eyes couldn’t believe the near zero quality texture work. It looks like they just used the paint bucket tool in photoshop to texture that cockpit. Then came the smaller details. I’m not going to walk you through it. You’re good at ripping X-Plane apart. This one should be walk in the park for you.

is it worth 20 quid? Yup, absolutely.

I would recommend this over any other addon aircrafts released so far for MSFS.

The plane flies great, and well worth the asking price.

it is just what this new sim needs

Sorry Goran you're having a bad day.

Chock, Manny, PilotPete and MPL.  And are these guys reputable reviewers or developers?  I mean I already got Tony in here talking about how Simmarket sell trash.  Want me to get 3 other random people to corroborate his and my statements?

You know, you could have left this alone without taking a stab at me by saying I'm having a bad day.  Now I'm going to scrutinize that video and post images of what is wrong.  Unless you want to quit while you're behind.

This is going no where can we end it for the last time.

Are you saying these are the same people who have released the 737? If so I don't want it on my system.

No, but this is why I warned people earlier to be wary, because there are lots of examples of similar products that aren't getting any attention on news sites and are just as bad, if not worse.

I'd say just use your due diligence when buying anything 🙂

OK. I've tried it. And, well, um, it's a £20 737. I'd say it was an approximation rather than a simulation. So it's not something I am going to use regularly or at all. Having said that it flys (should there be an apostrophe??) quite well and has sufficient functionality to complete an IFR flight. I am sure there will be plenty of people who will get many hours of enjoyment out of it because it does work. So for twenty quid, as long as you understand what to expect, and it meets your requirements, I'd give it a thumbs up given the price. I would not think, quite rightly, that  it will appear in the Marketplace though which will limit its sales.

PS. It seems to have been cobbled together using default parts from all the other Asobo aircraft.

I am curious when the general consensus on the new 737 will tip.

It started out as "meh, this looks too bad".

Then came Chock, endorsing it. Now its all "wow, it can really fly from A to B, that is a nice surprise. Not bad for 20 pounds!".

I don´t think anyone really dares to say what this plane really is right now with the herd mentality going strong, but there will be some hangovers and remorse over making out with the ugly, fat chick tomorrow morning, I think 😉

As reported it has all the important FMC pages, most systems are modeled and people can complete IFR flights and do ILS landings.

Sure the textures and fonts look terrible but those can be fixed, even by 3rd parties!

Without really knowing any details it was criticized by a member as being a worthless addon which is pretty poor form really.
