But, as we all know, this sim has a mind of its own sometimes. Yea tried that, when I resume the replay the camera just "wanders off" and doesn't follow the aircraft - really frustrating. February 27, 20215 yr This freeware recorder works flawlessly to me. I don't have to turn OFF the AI-Online traffic and the crash detection in the sim, as required by the "other", the payware version at SimMarket. Congrats for this nice work. March 1, 20215 yr It is the best of all, I think. Another very good feature of Free Flight Recorder that I realised by chance is; after you recorded a flight with B737(for example), you can play that saved replay with another aircraft, A320NX (for example) , which is a very cool , as well. March 2, 20215 yr I just downloaded and gave this a try and it works wonders! A simple and straight-foward app that does exactly what I've been wanting! It's so beautiful to be able to sit back and enjoy replays of your takeoffs and landings! It really makes me feel as though I'm a passenger flying again! Breathtaking! Thank you so much for creating this awesome app! I am looking forward to seeing new features and the where the development process goes. Keep up the fantastic work! March 2, 20215 yr Commercial Member I have to correct your sentence. With "Other payware at Simmarket" YOU CAN LEAVE REAL TIME TRAFFIC ! and fly with ALL AI OBJECTS TO MAX , if you check "Load Replay without initial situation" that it means load a replay in the DUMMY way of all other replay tool 😄 If you want instead RESTORE COMPLETE FLIGHT SITUATION (of the recorded flight) you need uncheck "Load Replay without initial situation" and put AI OFFLINE and G.A slider and Airline slider to 0 (I want tell you that i m the only pioneer that leave the choose to User 😄) . In the SIMUPDATE ASOBO told me that fixed a bug in MSFS . Asobo has my Software at Home to test it with internal build (stay tuned) For avoid misunderstanding there are online 2 excellent tutorial: Edited March 2, 20215 yr by karijno

Here, I just wanted to learn if people did mean something other than I know. As I mentioned before, it is possible to assign a key or a gamepad button ( which I prefer to use the drone camera with a gamepad) and activate / deactive the "follow" and "lock " functions of the drome camera, to have a standing position on the runway and the plane is flying by, during landing or take-off. I tried it a couple of times but compared to a single keypress or mouse button that gets you a nicely distanced looped fly-by in one single action every time is what I'm interested in. March 3, 20215 yr I’m still loving this freeware tool! I have had a little problem with the lock tool sometimes though. Previously it was fine but in a recent flight it went all over the place. In this video from bookmark 13:04 I had to use unlocked flybys but I’m still happy with that. (Forgive my inane blathering). The lock problem might have been because I was using On Air Manager so while recording I did shut down engines at end but quickly restarted them again so they would show being active in the replay. The other thing could be the Track IR setting? So still trying to find out why the lock shot sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t ... for me anyway.
