Thank you for your report, and hope to continue to pay attention to the resolution of this issue. It turns out that this is indeed a problem, and it exists among all users.

As long as any new P3D5 release is not breaking compatibility with the SDK, the RXP GTN and GNS V2 are both forward compatible gauge wise, but they are also embedding advanced heuristics and awareness in order to self-adjust the necessary platform hacks automatically. It is like having a little bit of AI integrated in the products which is letting you enjoying our products as seamlessly as possible. The only item which requires a new "manual" update is the autopilot coupling but we're looking at ways to make it automatic too.

June 30, 20214 yr Looks like the ASP3D patch (7851) is out. dv Win 10 Pro || i7-8700K || 32GB || ASUS Z370-P MB || NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11Gb || 2 960 PRO 1TB, 840 EVO My Files in the AVSIM Library
June 30, 20214 yr I completed the update and conducted a test flight. The problem that volumetric clouds cannot cover the terrain during certain rotation angles still exists. I don't want to go back to the old texture cloud, because it will affect some performance and cause stuttering when it is overcast. I will continue to report to LM.
