If the CPU bottlenecks are removed with improved multithreading and the GPU gets fully loaded it could give rather nice improvements for us lucky sods that have managed to get hold of 3xxx cards after many months of waiting. Not that I am disappointed in any way with the performance as it is today with the incredible level of detail in MSFS! And the xbox build is dx12 only, so its safe to say we should have dx12 next month, but we will see tommorow after I download the beta update.
