March 19, 20224 yr Commercial Member FSHud includes complete utilization of SID/STAR data including altitude limitations that can be integrated with Navigraph NavData. For runways in operation, FSHud decides which runway to use for takeoffs and landings according to weather conditions, traffic load, and type of instrumental approach… however users have the ability to override those settings. During departure/approach users can select any runway, SID/STAR/Transition and Approach as long as the aircraft capabilities allow for it. When AI traffic is injected to perform a SID/STAR, altitude restrictions are included and AI aircraft will fly according those restrictions. However, ATC instructions such as "Reduce speed..." or custom vectoring will not be in the first version. Missed approach and go-around procedures will be also not be in the first release. We are working on making those features as a top priority for the next release. We are currently focused on testing the core engine, then building from that. Thanks, Steve Halpern Flight One Software

Sorry for the number of questions, but I am very interested in this program as it looks promising. Hi Grzegorz, Steve answered this in one of his earlier replies. There will be Navigraph integration.🙂 SpoilerSystem specs: MFG Crosswind pedals| ACE B747 yoke |Honeycomb Bravo throttleNow built: P3Dv5.3HF2: Intel i5-12600K @4.8Ghz | MSI Z690-A PRO | Asus Dual RTX 4070 Super OC 12Gb| 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200Mhz |Samsung 980Evo Pro PCIe 500Gb | WD Black SN850 PCIe 2Tb | WD SA510 4Tb |beQuiet 802 Tower Case|Corsair RM850 PSU | Acer Predator X34P 3440x1440pMark AldridgeMSFS2024 SU5 & P3D v5.3 HF2

Will there be any improvements to the AI traffic behaviour on the ground?

That is one thing that I miss about the default ATC! Just being able to light the candles and take off without a flight plan. Hell, whenever I was flying with a corporate flight department, we would often take off VFR and then get our clearance In the air. So VFR is essential with any ATC program.

March 20, 20224 yr angielski (UK) I would like to ask two more questions: 1. is there or will there be in the future a possibility to ask ATC to turn left or right to avoid bad weather. This feature is sorely lacking in the current programs on the market. 2. A little reference to the first question. Would it be possible to add an option to ask for holding e.g. to wait for a storm over the airport. Thank you again and I am looking forward to the release

Thank you again and I am looking forward to the release These type of things are planed in the next releases, after the initial version is out... this includes VFR flights which we will highlight more in a future post. VFR flights are different in different sectors of the world and what one my consider a VFR flight may not be available in all countries. But you can request taxi for "North/South/East/West" departure - then you taxi, takeoff and fly whenever you want. For mode switching... VFR to IFR and vise versa can be done during flight - without a flight plan. Thanks, Steve Halpern Flight One Software

They promised us a power pack and that was what 5 years ago? But I will say I always give developers the benefit of the doubt. If he says he’s working on these things I believe him until he gives me a reason not to. I guess we’ll just have to see. Often times, developers get ran off by the sim community because we can be quite nasty sometimes. So maybe if we show our support it’ll give him more incentive to give us these things

March 22, 20224 yr Commercial Member Hi, The developer of FSHud has no affiliation with Ultimate Traffic or the developer of it. I do not want to sidetrack this thread... and it was unfortunate the developer could not continue with Ultimate Traffic. This hit Flight1 much harder than most may have imagined.... is also why UTLive 2 was released for free. The developer of FSHud and those helping during the beta phase are putting a huge effort into this product... I just want to clear up any ambiguity that may exist!
