August 5, 20214 yr https://unrealweather.blogspot.com/2020/09/unreal-weather-live-metar-released.html Unreal Weather is updated. I prefer to use instead of native live weather, regarding its accuracy and other properties such as; showing the weather (QNH, etc.) in game, Strongly recommended. (Do not stuck in the name of the addon 🙂 It is almost "real") Happy Flyimg. August 5, 20214 yr Unreal Weather has always been one of my "must-have" addons for MSFS. It's great to have it working again for SU5! One small niggle (no big deal) ... you need to actually select it/activate it from the in-flight top menu for it to pull down the METAR.
August 5, 20214 yr Thank you UNREAL WEATHER !! (answered prayers) Will be testing the temps at flight levels ASAP ! Edited August 5, 20214 yr by vcarlo Quote

The default live weather shows way too high temps ( + 52 Celcius at 33.000 ft ) Currently climbing to FL410 from FL310 temps are PERFECT as expected. Switched to MSFS Live Wx and temps jumped very high (ISA +28, SAT +68) aircraft stopped climbing while in FLC mode. Switched back to UNREAL weather and after about 15 seconds all temps dropped back to normal and aircraft started climbing again . WOOHOO !!! 👍😀 update: completed climb to FL410 - temps > RAT > -27C SAT > -47C ISA > +11C (flying in FLA) -- flying CJ4 and she climbs beautifully ! Edited August 5, 20214 yr by vcarlo update Quote

August 5, 20214 yr Can it provide weather for Atlantic crossings? If it relies on METAR only this might not be possible? i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5
