I see still airports before SU5+HT, if I choose new airport, I can still see the old ones (in the selection window) even after finished flight. However, I haven't uninstalled any default items, planes or otherwise. And running vanilla (no add-ons) makes no difference. The GA training isn't just greyed out, it's not there at all - just the training background image with the Airbus training on top.
