After hours of trying unsuccessfully to get the update, it was installed on another location! Everything was a mess. I couldn't start MSFS and I couldn't uninstall the game either. So, finally, I uninstalled Windows. Then I installed MSFS and everything was back to "normal", but it was a time consuming task! I hope this time it will be easier! Never experienced any quirks again. Before it was sometimes trroublesome to update. I had the main install in C : and the "data" folders under F : on another SSD.
