Just Flight’s BAe 146

Featured Replies

Me to watch. Always liked the 146.

Ryzen 9800X3D, RTX 5090, 64GB, Win 11. MSFS2020. Moza, MFG, Fulcrum & Virpil controllers. Quest 3 for VR.

Nice!  This was the last aircraft I bought in P3D and fully moved to MSFS not long after so looking forward to having it in MSFS.

Current System (Running at 4k): ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F, Ryzen 7800X3D, RTX 5090, 55" Samsung Q80T, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, EVGA CLC 280mm AIO Cooler, Brunner CLS-E NG Yoke, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS & Stick, Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant & Add-on, VirtualFly Ruddo+, TQ6+ and Yoko+, GoFlight MCP-PRO and EFIS, Skalarki FCU and MCDU

Good news!  I lived close to the BAe factory at Hatfield so had the 146 flying low over my house daily.  Day one purchase for me.

CPU Ryzen 7800X 3D  RAM 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 6000MHz GPU GEFORCE RTX 4090
Monitor AOC AGON AG352UCG UltraWide G-Sync @ 3440x1440
Internal Storage 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD
External Storage Three 4Tb HDs

I sure do hope JF bring their 747 classic to MSFS. There's still a few 200's flying, with Iran Air having reactivated a 742 recently - being the only one in the world to operate the type with passenger service.

Ok back to the topic...this looks very promising and I will sure be buying it upon release.

This looks very exciting.   I wish there was a sound clip.  The 146 has a unique engine sound, surprisingly screamy and unusually high pitched buzzsaw

Reviving the topic..This is looking pretty good, and appears to be close to release from what I’m reading…I haven’t flown the 146 in any sim before but for some reason I’m quite interested in this for msfs.

Looking forward to seeing what the price point will be, but I’m fairly certain I’ll give this a try, liking the old school layout of the flight deck!

 Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.

There's also confirmation from JF that the plan is to bring the newer Avro RJ versions over to MSFS as well but while the visuals for that are complete there's a lot of coding work required before that will be ready.

Seems to have the same limit than the CRJ, we will need a Navigraph subscription. Hopefully Asobo will get it fixed for the PMDG 737

I don’t have a navigraph subscription and I was able to use the crj? Maybe I’m missing something

I think I misread, looks to be a lot of work left to do to it.

That model is absolutely fantastic. Whomever their modeler is deserves a lot of praise.

Consider me a day one buyer.

Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.
The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune.

There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Wow !  Looking really Cool !!!

I am sure we will get some recent airac at launch but if you want something up to date you will need to subscribe to Navigraph.

Same goes for the flight planning, we won't be able to use the one integrated with MSFS.

I heard that WT will be working on the flight planner after the G1000nxi, I hope it will included 3rd party access to those elements
