Those who accuse us to be entitled kids should thank us instead, because without the noise we are making on the forums nothing would move. That's why I say "keep reporting", we have the right to have the issues fixed.

I'm quite undecided what I find more annoying , that you have to make noise to be heard (that's pretty much the opposite of culture to me) or the fact that there is so much noise. 🙂

This is implied by the title of the post quoted in the OP: "Are cloud bases in new METAR system in AGL or MSL?"

That title is a question and the answer is "it's neither AGL nor MSL, it's bogus-L". 😉

Meanwhile the Mouse in VR Bug which has more votes goes ignored...again the communication is simply appalling.

To be fair, they did acknowledge this on the day of release as a known issue so I'm assuming this may be included in any hot fix.  I believe it was in the release notes.

Irony...

And I thought they were doing it for the money.....I was soo wrong 🙂

Really, I don't understand what they mean. This sim is working perfectly after SU7, anybody who is not an entitled kid on this forum will tell you that.  The weather is specially better.

So so true......I remember back with Forza 3 or 4 on xbox, there was an issue where when following a car the shadow of said car would flicker on and off.... very annoying...

Anyway the self appointed defenders of the Forza forum decided that this was, in fact there on purpose and they concocted this very imaginative idea that it was there to show when you had got the perfect slip stream....

So for weeks whenever someone mentioned it, they could reply that it was for that reason....

Anyway, by the time of the next update it was gone and was actually (obviously) a bug.

Point being.... if we left it up to the ones who defend everything and anything then we would not get half of the very obvious bugs quashed...

Food for thought for those that just blindly say something is perfect.....

How is that a communication problem? It was listed in the patch notes.

I'm referring to the silence since 560+ people voted since the update, which FYI is more than the weather got!

Why do they need to address something that has already been addressed?

It's in the patch notes, which means they're aware of it.

#Facepalm Yes but WHEN is it going to be dealt with is anyone's guess, hence the need for COMMUNICATION 🙄

When they, know we'll know. Not before, because that's impossible.

That sounds like entitlement to me. What you paid for is what you got...

No, the 'defenders of the faith' shall not let any criticism of the MSFS product be left unchallenged. It is their divine duty, after all...

For the rest of us mere peasants who paid for a working product that isn't performing, it doesn't matter how much progress has been made with the base sim if you keep getting random CTDs, an AI pilot function that doesn't ever turn off, weather that doesn't perform as it should...
16 months after RTM, you would hope that whether it's Asobo's poor beta testing regime or MS' unrealistic SU/WU timelines (or both), that they would have learned how to cause fewer problems by changing how they operate. Apparently not.
This sim remains a frustrating experience, punctuated by moments of sheer brilliance.

Really? Several things were broken with this release. Out of most people on this forum, I continually notice you to make the most insulting comments. It's obnoxious.
