As I understand it, this only effects 'live weather', all other weather modes and setting are not affected so flying in the sim is still great.

I only use the sim with live weather .. not a presets kind of guy so .. yeah .. for me .. sim is "not great" at the moment.

I stopped flying after SU7 dropped because it was such a mess, thought it would gradually get better but it sounds like it's just getting much, much worse. Impressive Asobo 😄

Yea, this happened to me this morning.  I was like what the heck.   Lost thrust and had to descend from FL290 to FL230 to get engines to work again.   Weather fix needs to be priority #1.  

I am finding the Rex Weather Force is no better.   Has Real Weather been any better?

Apparently it will be fixed in the next release. Not sure how they can break it without an update in the middle of a Thursday, yet we have to wait for a while beta test to complete before they can release the fix for it.
