December 21, 20214 yr The guy has over 100 videos on youtube. What am I getting with this tutorial that I can' get from the ones he has already posted?
December 21, 20214 yr I wonder if proceedings are going to support missionaries or local communities serviced by MAF or for fancy haircuts 😉 &

December 21, 20214 yr I appreciate the videos he has done, and the opportunity to see more of a country I lived and worked in for a few years prior to Independance helping bring telecommunication to the country , I note that his videos are not preaching in anyway and this is good to see. It is no of my concern that he charges a lot for his other flights etc on his patreon page but some seem to value these but I think there are much more resources available for the money, What he does with what he gets from these is no concern of mine though personally I think missionaries have done the most harm in every place they have been. He seems a nice guy and the videos he shows of the area he flies in are great. The pricing of this course is not excessive and I am sure will convey a lot to those who enroll. December 21, 20214 yr This guy is doing with his great free videos more to help sim pilots than most of us for a year. He asks money for more. Why not ? Only the freeloaders will complain. December 21, 20214 yr I dont own the Kodiak and probably not going to buy it because it does not appeal to me, but if a real pilot would do the same for the Porter I would certainly buy it. For 3 reasons. To see how real or unreal my sim version is, because I read the F manual if available and because it gives more insight. If people pay $50 for a plane after paying $30 to buy it and $100 for the sim, I have to admit, I'm in the wrong business. 5 MHz 8087 IBM Clone, 640k RAM, 10 MB HD, Hercules 64k Graphics card, 14 in Monochrome Monitor, CH Products Mach-1 Joy Stick.

That doesn’t make people who think it is worth it, suckers. Making tutorial videos is a lot of work. He will sell not so many. So he set a price as he thought fit for a decent return. Saying that « there is a sucker born every minute » means that he tries to scam buyer. Not respectable to say that.
