Leaving out Andorra would be weird because if there is data on the Iberian peninsula including the Pyrenees it would be strange not to use it. If they have new data on Gibraltar it will probably updated as well. Canaries as a region would be more likely be included in an update for Africa unless they already have good data on it and can fit it in. I do hope they won't forget Azores then.
