March 28, 20224 yr Beautiful Beautiful, Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful...and some flew for PSA. I don't think I ever flew on one though.
March 28, 20224 yr The sounds are top notch and up to Just Flights usual high standards for MSFS. Instant buy for me based on their reputation and their planes I already have. Looking to retire the buggy and unsupported Aerosoft CRJ!
March 28, 20224 yr Stellar sounds and also animations/rendering! What's not to like?! Timeline wise, this might be the first high-fidelity payware jet out of the gate for MSFS, in what will hopefully be a flood during this spring and summer :) Edited March 28, 20224 yr by lwt1971 Len 1980s: Sublogic FS II on C64 ---> 1990s: Flight Unlimited I/II, MSFS 95/98 ---> 2000s/2010s: FS/X, P3D, XP ---> 2020+: MSFS Current system: i9 13900K, RTX 4090, 64GB DDR5 4800 RAM, 4TB NVMe SSD

March 28, 20224 yr Any word on if there’s going to be a working FMS? It’s not the end of the world, but was just curious.

Hopefully it fixes the main FMS bugs. CRJ looks good. BAE-146 looks impressive too and sound wise it's looking stellar. April is shaping up to be a great month.

With the XP version it was at first released with just the default X-Plane FMS with a bespoke one offered later. Whether this will be the case for the MSFS 146 I do not know?

Knowing that JF has high standards, I know that you won't rush the release. However, I would like you to be very successful with this, which means getting it out to market before a certain 737 shows up, dominating all of the interest and pocket money for months. Very much looking forward to the 146. It wasn't on my wishlist when originally announced. The previews have changed that! March 29, 20224 yr I have to admit this didn't interest me much until I watched 320simpilot's preview out of curiosity. I'm a bit intimidated by retro, steam gauge airliners (still haven't gotten the DC-6). However, this looks like great fun! And it really doesn't seem too difficult to handle. Some good ol' VOR-to-VOR flying hehe. It certainly has an interesting shape. And those 4 hairdryer engines. The "autothrottle" seems quite awkward to manage, though... EDIT: With the 146 I might be able to finally land an airliner at EGLC. My attempts with the A320 have been quite messy - using speed brakes almost all the way down... Landed on a real one at London City, it's quite a descent coming in at 5.5 degrees rather than 3 and trust me, they still used a lot of airbrake on the approach 🙂 It's a great training approach. 5.5 is still steep as heck when you are on the aircraft 🙂 really wonder what it was like when first opened and the approach was 7.5 degrees for the short runway 🙂 G System specs... Even then, the A318 requires the steep approach modification. All the commercial jets into City use partial spoilers on the approach: A220, A318, EMB-E1, and of course, the venerable BAe 146, plus with its identifiable tailcone airbrakes deployed. 1 hour ago, Cpt_Piett said: I have to admit this didn't interest me much until I watched 320simpilot's preview out of curiosity. The 320 Sim Pilot preview clinched the deal for me. Retro airliners aren't my thing, but taking this into EGLC, KTEX or similar airports will be fun. March 29, 20224 yr I had this plane in the P3D version and it's fantastic. It's very immersive and great fun flying. It and the PMDG products were my go to planes particularly for regional flying. Very much looking forward to this. Including the series is great as well. Ryzen 7 5800x, 64gb, 7900XTX 24gb
