A C310R Tutorial Video for you...

Only thing that's worrying me a bit are the graphics: may be it's because of the rather low res video (even at 1080p) but things seem a bit flat and bland...? A bit P3D-like? I can't see any real reflections and so on. But I am only 15 minutes into the video. I do presume all graphics are full MSFS quality...

The Milviz PC-6 is quite subpar in term of cockpit visuals too (it's a stellar add-on otherwise); out of peer, excellence-focused third-party developers, Milviz has the worst visuals, not yet mastering the new graphical techniques offered by MSFS. There's a definitive P3D feel to the PC-6 cockpit. Eagerly awaiting the phase 2 to see if they'll step up their game; it's needed.

With that said, I'm still very much looking forward to the C310R!

Apparently we're not allowed to post pictures directly in this forum, but take a look at this and see if you're still worried about the graphics quality in the 310:

Not to worry.  You can tell by the outside view that the video is just potato quality (no offense @Dutch727).  When the thign releases, if not before, I'm sure we'll see plenty of review videos by perfessional YouTubers that will showcase the bird in all it's glory.

Very happy with all my MilviZ MSFS purchases so far - which is everything they've made.

We'll see. 😉 Graphics are very important to me and almost every flight in for instance the Kodiak I take a very close look with my TrackIR at buttons and switches and things that all look extremely realistic and very shiny. 😉 The C310 seems a bit flat in that regard... or lifeless... don't know how to say it. But we'll see! 😉

Stop my video above at 2:20 and check the up close detail of the switches and textures on the side panel. Definitely with you on the importance of graphics, as subpar textures will override the experience regardless of the inner aircraft functionality.

Ok. In that recent Part 1 video posted by Doering you can see a GTN 750 and a GTN 650 in the panel.  Its at 3:00 minutes in.  Great!  Now lets just see it include the offerings from both of the MSFS GTN developers!

The TDS 750 will be included in the initial release.  Everybody can stop speculating about that.  We won't release without including it as an option.

Watched the video in full yesterday.

Consider my jaw fully dropped!

I'm in total awe of the many features this bird offers. Individualized owned saved state? That was a thing I never knew I wanted. Different stack options? Thankyouverymuch. Realistic failure rates? Excellent. Complete checklist? Also excellent. Regular maintenance, wear & tear? Just like real life but without real money!

Sound of ice pellets hitting the fuselage after de-icing props? *chef's kiss* Now THAT'S attention to detail!

Considering how deep this plane is looking, it's looking like a prime candidate for some very realistic career mode addon to account for expenses of repairs and maintenance!

So...what's the damage to my wallet, I wonder?

The authentic 310R POH is 322 pages 😉 I’m putting together a document (condensed version of the POH) consisting of cool tables and procedures for flying the aircraft. The doc will be made available when I upload Part 2 of my video series to my channel.
