I'm way to old, but I still want one.

So, it's a small aircraft which flies in ground effect, not actually a motorcycle.

My motorcycle flew in ground effect just before I felt the effect of the ground.

 I think this is the guy they are talking about below. The prototype that hovered a few inches off the ground was piston powered, turbojets now. With only 10 - 20 minutes of flight time. 

They've already been beaten to the punch by the Jetson of course. The Jetson also has a 20 minute flight time and is all electric.

The advantage I see to the Speeder is crazy speed and thus range.

This will have the cops at stop signs happy.  Lots of tickets written for i did not see the wheels come to a full stop.
