The plot thickens (another community manager update (not Yummynava this time either)): I don't install anything on my pc without prior feedback or detailed reading/watching of reviews. So no ,, nothing updated as yet. But ugh .. i really wanted to sim tonight. So after looking at the MSFS forums ..the consensus appears to be the following. If you are in the BETA .. THE MS STORE VERSION HAD TO BE ROLLED BACK THE STEAM VERSION and XBOX VERSIONS APPEAR UNAFFECTED. September 10, 20223 yr Now would be a good time to make a copy of the SU10 OneStore folder before entering the sim and being thrown into this mess. That way it’s easy to recover to a working beta installation if they patch it. Without having to go through the painful reinstall. Although I suspect Martial and his assistants will not return until Monday morning. Edited September 10, 20223 yr by Cpt_Piett 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
September 10, 20223 yr I downloaded the update, and all Deluxe and Premium content disappear. My favorite plane is the Longitude -- part of the Premium Deluxe package -- and it is gone. All paid add-ons in the Marketplace are also gone after the update -- all your paid airports and aircraft are missing. The opening screen is now the Top Gun graphic again for some bizarre reason. Something is horribly wrong. They'll certainly fix it, probably by the time you read this message. But this is a big time screw up. What I’m most interested in is the actual contents of this update. There’s not much in the release notes though. And this mess seems to have distracted everyone from the actual beta stuff. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
September 10, 20223 yr I decided to exit out of the beta last night since SU10 release is just around the corner. I now I wouldn't have much time to check out any newer beta updates before the official release since I'm going to be busy with other things this weekend. Looks like that was a good thing. I hope it all works out okay for everyone. 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz i7-9700K RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6

From the very little feedback before the match hit the avgas with the version fiasco it looks like they may have fixed the missing tiles issue but there are still stutters in DX12 so i think Team Green (NVIDIA) may have to present their piece of the puzzle (Game ready drivers) before the performance unlocks in DX12. This is my speculation on it based on user feedback. September 10, 20223 yr Author I just re-installed the beta again, this time not from within the game, but via xbox-app. and that did the trick. This is just another unnecessary nuisance ASOBO! when I first installed the new beta update from within the game (it started the update procedure automatically), the game was downgraded from my previous SU10 beta (1.27.18.0) back to SU9 (1.26.5.0) and Options and Profile menu were gone. I repeated the whole 1.8 GB update again, this time via the xbox-app, and now I am seeing the correct version number (1.27.20.0) and both menus Options and Profile are back again. hope this helps. DON'T update from within MSFS: but via xbox-app: AMD 7800X3D, Windows 11, Gigabyte X670 AORUS Elite AX Motherboard, 64GB DDR5 G.SKILL Trident Z5 NEO RGB (AMD Expo), RTX 4090, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 2 TB PCIe 4.0, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 1 TB PCIe 4.0, 4K resolution 50" TV @60Hz, VR: Pimax Crystal Light + HP Reverb G2 @ 90 Hz, Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant, be quiet 1000W PSU, Noctua NH-U12S chromax.black air cooler. 60-130 fps. no CPU overclocking. very nice.

September 10, 20223 yr New community manager update (no, it’s not… never mind): Quote Hello everyone, We will be rolling back 1.27.20.0 and reverting to the previous SU10 beta build for MS Store users only. Thanks to your timely reports, we are aware that some players are missing items from the Marketplace and Content Manager. The team has already identified the cause of this issue, and we will resolve it in a new SU10 beta build coming soon. There is a possibility that this roll-back may require a full re-install. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you again for helping test SU10.
