September 10, 20223 yr Still on 1.27.18. When I tried to start the sim one hour ago, I had a CTD just before arriving the "looking for updates" window. This happened three times in a row. Finally on the fourth attempt, the sim reached the Welcome screen, but w/o being updated. The 1.27.20 has not been installed which I think is good for now. - Harry 9800x3D (Strix x870e-E) - 64GB RAM (DDR5 6000, CL 30) - RTX 5090, 34'' 1440p OLED HDR - Windows 11 Pro (1TB M.2) - MSFS 2024 (MS Store, 4TB M.2).

I myself do not because of these risks. And you can easily reduce the implied consequences by just backing up the MSFS Official folder before joining the beta. September 10, 20223 yr So many times have people been told to buy Msfs on steam. There are never problems with updating. AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, MSI RTX 5090, 64GB RAM 6000MHz DDR5, Tuf Gaming X870Plus, 1200W PSU English is not my first language.
