FSLTL - live traffic finally released

It's the E-Jets. Without it the x% lows are much higher hence less stuttering. I'll continue using the FSLTL injector without the E-Jets.

Maybe we should optimize them as we did with the FSLTL textures. I noticed they are 4K also.

I see contrails in the sky for the traffic, and the gates are heavily populated, but I get zero landings, no taxi'n, or takeoffs.
Not sure what gives here. I have seen ONE landing so far (in Ireland), and zero takeoffs.

Make sure you have Ground vehicles in the sim set to at least 1 and Blocked aircraft removal time in the injector to 120.

Even without that you should be seeing landings though. The landing bug is only in SU11.

@Alvega@Cpt_Piett

I just downsized the EJets to 1024s.

Gonna fire everything up when I get out of the shower.

Question, have you all experienced any VFR/GA traffic using FSLTL only?

I no longer want to be dependent of any internal MSFS slider traffic and want to ditch MSFS controlling Simflea's GA if FSLTL spawns any now.

Sick of seeing very low ground hugging VFR traffic.

Yes, i see GA, but very few because I have it set to 1 in the injector.

Try with Max IFR 60, Max VFR 1 and Parked aircraft 0, to see what you get.

As you have only 35 for IFR and 5 parked (a lot) that's probably the reason you don't see them taking off. Try also in an airport that doesn't have other big airports around, or the aircraft can be on the other airports.

You probably don't need ground aircraft as that can be set in FSLTL (additional parked aircraft). I'm using IFR85 VFR 10 parked 0 radius 50km removal 120secs. Getting plenty of AI at the gates/stands even with parked = 0.

No need for ground aircraft density if internal ai is going to be set to completely off.

Currently copying folders from AIG Simobjects to FSLTL.

On second thought I'm thinking this is a rather silly idea. The goal was to reduce loading time vs. loading the 40GB+ AIG folder. But - it's a bit of a headache trying to add what's not there in FSLTL.

Well, that did something different, took about 5 minutes but I now have a Delta Flight lining up behind me at Salt Lake City - KSLC (default Asobo airport).
Still though, only 1 plane taxi'n (lined up behind me), zero takeoffs, zero landings in the last 10 minutes across all runways at KSLC.
Going to let it sit for another 30 mins, but KSLC has plenty of traffic on a Sat at 5pm.

Sucks because they are really nice looking models.

Just from the various screenshots and clips on YouTube, they are pretty odd looking compared to the freeware ones from the AIG installer. The RFSL models look much nicer and have better quality liveries. The only thing missing is the E2 model, which there aren't that many operating yet so it's not a big loss.

There's also the issue with the max sim object limit. Perhaps you could try to load MSFS with only FSLTL base models in the community folder?

Another cause can be the max sim object limit that exists in MSFS. There is only so many objects MSFS can depict so the sim will cull above a certain setting. At busy airports with lots of parked aircraft, this can affect arrivals. To counter this reduce your sim ground vehicle settings (not lower than 1) and your parked aircraft setting in the injector.

Going to try a larger airport next, like KLAX default Asobo, but KSLC was so-so.

Finally had one take-off, I guess this is "working", sort of.
