Stutters.... massive stutters when flying over cities today with the scenery trying to load in.

I have an odd problem. My Live weather seems to be working at the moment. But the sim thinks I'm in MultiPlayer mode -- even though I'm not -- and won't let me manually choose my own weather. The custom weather menu is there but grayed out. Is anyone else have this problem?

SomeHow Is Terrible ... every update the same troubles ...

The absolute best is when you disco about 10 seconds from touchdown.

Not too many other feelings like it.

Also interesting is being in a Discord chan with 5, 10, 20 other people and everyone announces discos and reconnects.

Im increasingly convinced that a substantial proportion of stutter issues that people go chasing their setups to resolve are simply down to problems/bandwidth with the servers that deliver scenery

It's unfortunate. Some folks go as far as reinstalling the entire sim or Windows only to find it was a server issue outside of their control. Wish they did a better job of communicating these issues.

I also, believe this is all due to the MS servers being hammered during this update. I disconnect and reconnect a dozen times during a flight. I suspect by next week things will calm down and it will get back to normal.

Gosh this game is unusable during any big update. The servers just aren't made for this much traffic.

I think Microsoft should look into letting us choose an actual server, and capping each server to a small number of active players. If I'm only competing with 20 other people for bandwidth I won't lose connection every 3 minutes. Not sure if that will affect VATSIM, but as a not-VATSIM pilot I'd much prefer to have photogrammy, live weather, airport buildings and sim objects over ATC...

I‘ve had no server connection for the last 2 hours. Never had this before for so long. I hope things will be back to normal next week.

Just did local area circuits around KJFK and VHHX. Played from 12:45 PM to 1:50 PM and had 7 "YOU ARE OFFLINE" popups which required me to turn Photogrammy back on twice.

What I really want is for the obnoxious pop-up notification to instead be a small message at the top of the screen, like the old speed/alt/hdg info from FSX/P3D. Moreover, I want it to stop changing my settings by automatically setting online to off. Keep what the user set and retry the connection every few minutes. No one wants to go into their settings to re-set something they've already set...

I'm not receiving the "YOU ARE OFFLINE" message like yesterday, however, live traffic, live weather, multiplayer and marketplace are all greyed out which is essentially the same thing, right?

Yeah, so when you get the "YOU ARE OFFLINE" prompt twice, the third one turns off online services and you lose photogrammy, live weather, etc. You have to go into the settings and turn it back on. You're not getting the message because your game isn't attempting to download anything right now, as it's in offline mode.

That's like replacing the engine in your car because your windshield is dirty.

Yes, my connection dropped also. For some reason the data connection selection got turned off in the options menu. Never could figure out how it happened, because it was connected to the internet when I downloaded the SU11 update.

Yes, during my first post SU11 test flights today I had the servers disconnect and reconnect several times in the hour I used it.  I figured it was because of high demand.  No big deal, it's a weekend so I reckon there's a lot of people worldwide flying the sim right now.
