Are people still having connectivity issues?

I got the update no problem however the Sim doesn't seem to be connected to the internet.  My Live weather is greyed out and some of the cities look like they have generic buildings whereas before they were quite detailed.

I just lost my connection mid flight and the sim froze.

I just had a disconnect a few minutes ago.  It seems a little less frequent than 6 hours ago though.

Yep, wish they'd listen to the public and give us an OPTION to turn the intrusive messages on/off, appears simple things are beyond their capabilities!

Constant connectivity issues at my end or at least that silly warning label box thing since SU11.  Ironically if I ignore it everything seems okay visually.  So I don't think its actually happening at least on my system.

I remember this was a issue a few updates ago.  No doubt people are fetching the update and checking it out with all the 40th Anniversary stuff going on.  However it would be nice if they address it at some point.  I think its an over sensitive warning notification then a real problem in many cases.

About a year ago I was getting that warning constantly this time with impacts to the sim and my internet was cutting out.  My modem was always rebooting on its own.  Turned out my ISP updated its internet protocol and my old modem was no longer fully compatible.  Updating my modem solved it until SU11 but this time its only MSFS that is an issue.  Everything else works good!

Yes!  It's been turning on and off all day!  The messages in the middle of the screen are annoying, and stay for some time.  Maybe things are a bit overloaded at the moment.

On a more positive note, I have been in MSFS all day (about 7 hours now).  In and out of the marketplace (bought the Fouga Magister and Bucker Jungmann on sale!) tried all the new aircraft at different locations, tried some gliding, messed with settings, alt-tabbed in and out of the sim maybe 30 or 40 times, and not one CTD or performance problem - Amazing!  And this is with really pushing it.  4k ultra, 300 on the LODs, shadows at 6144 (nice and sharp), and DLSS on balanced, although I might go back to quality as it seemed fine with no fps difference.

This is the smoothest and most stable MSFS has ever been for me!  On latest drivers Nvidia drivers from yesterday (526.86) as well - no problems with them - seem good actually.  Still to try DX12 properly yet - should be even smoother with my 13900 I believe.

Edit:  I meant to emphasise, that was one 7 hour session with all of the messing about.  I never quit to the desktop and restarted MSFS at all - impressive!

Same. About 6 hours for me (wife was out for the day by pure coincidence). Tweaking and flying, tweaking and flying. Had a great day but gave up when my data kept getting switched off.

Yes, just happened to me as well. Same as everyone else, you lose connection, restart and the connection setting is off. Switch it back on, restart and it's fine...until it disconnects again.

My main reason for quitting the sim today was I was starting to feel a bit queasy!   Still getting used to the Tobii had tracker and all that screen movement.
I was only ever sea sick once, but it feels a bit similar.  I suppose it is the same kind of triggers really.  I hope I get used to it!
