Actually its being called the worst storm ever in history in Buffalo Niagara on the news tonight. KBUF

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

Just tried the approach RNAV32 into KBUF with the cj4 and got the dreaded " connection lost ".  Just maintained course as if nothing happened and the landing was uneventful.  Sure hate that " lost connection " thing, though.   Love the snowy weather and low vis for IFR simulation.

I'm going to try a Southwest Baltimore to Buffalo a little later on. This is what Buffalo looks like right now in MSFS.

It would be nice if Asobo could not only look into the resolution of snow coverage.  But also the actual falling snow.  Even heavy snow in my opinion looks like flurry's in msfs.

Tried Runway 23 RNAV Z ... ... Nope .. Go around (couldn't see a word not allowed thing)... Started to not feel confident of bringing her in . Had to set up for the ILS even though it was a Cat 1and bust the minimums to get in. Whiteout to the ground with serious icing to boot.

+1 I don't think any flight sim has yet been able to correctly simulate heavy snowfall. In heavy snowfall you see nothing and it's disturbing. In MSFS when it snows it's more like a cozy christmas eve.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

This is what I want to see! I've wanted this so bad in a sim and I just don't feel like anything can reproduce this.
