February 16, 20233 yr I use a second monitor and the updated interface is very friendly and intuitive.
February 16, 20233 yr Looks nice though not necessarily better or more convenient imho. But that's a matter of getting used to it, I suppose. Anyway, what I wanted to ask: I do have three saved airframes (Fenix and Vision Jet) but there is no way I can select them when creating or editing a flight...? The list of planes only shows the Simbrief default ones... Am I missing something obvious?

It's a bit odd though and not too convenient at first. The trick is to select the first 'empty option' underneath Aircraft Type: only then you can select a saved airframe underneath 'Variant or Airframe'. Bit tricky but once you know it, it's okay. Once you do that you will discover that the saved airframes are actually in the Aircraft Type list but not easy to recognize. When I selected the Fenix frame using the method described above I noticed the Aicraft Type changed to A320 - A320-200. I'd never known that would be the Fenix... Now I know it I can also select A320 - A320-200 in the type list after which I have to change the Default variant to Fenix... of which btw there are two options now. All in all a bit confusing... The Vision Jet now also is in the aircraft list as 'SF50 - Vision Jet' and that one also shows a variant of Default at first too after which you have to select the saved airframe.. of which there also are two now. And apart from that, all profiles show up as NORM... Doesn't seem right....
February 16, 20233 yr I keep getting an “install simbrief, add to Home Screen” pop up every time I open the webpage, but have no idea how to do that. I’m using MS Edge browser on an iPad by the way. I’m using MS Edge browser on an iPad by the way. They are talking about the Home function shortcut. https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/bookmark-favorite-webpages-iph42ab2f3a7/ios scroll down to “Add a website icon to your Home Screen” There is no simbrief app. There is nothing to install, it is basically a shortcut to the website. You may have to use Safari on your iPad for this to work.

However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
