No need to fool around with makerunways or setting up databases (P2ATC), adding sids and stars manually (PF3)... No, just install it, run it and it works right away. Been using P2Atc for years (since MSFS came out) no problems, never heard of makerunways. Yes, at first it gives you SID / STAR / Approach based on current weather like in real life. If you want something else you can request / select any SID / STAR / Runway in the menu. Ah, okay, I've read that people use it to solve problems with taxiways and parking spots... P2ATC does need FSUIPC, right? FSHud doesn't. It's one package and it works right out of the box without having to go through a lot of settings to get things going. But well, I think I will leave it at this: no use 'promoting' FSHud everywhere, really. 😉 A lot of people love P2ATC so apparently it does something good! 😉 (Afaik PF3 is a lesser used ATC addon. ProATCX is loved by quite a few too but support for it is horrendous... I'd never buy that (while I do own the P3D version.) After talking a LOT about ATC addons I do think FSHud or P2ATC are the two people should look at. O, btw, FSHud's price is another plus. 😉 Edited May 5, 20233 yr by tup61
May 5, 20233 yr How would one get the ultimate offline ATC experience in MSFS? I'm assuming getting P2A, FS2CREW for your specific airline, FS2CREW RAAS Pro, FS2CREW Pushback Expresss or GSX Pro, ATC Chatter, and IVONA voices? Define 'ultimate offline ATC experience in MSFS'. 😉 For me it's FSHud, period. Don't need more to get 'the ultimate offline ATC experience in MSFS'. Which is good for me because I'd hate having to buy all those addons and stuff you mention just for 'the ultimate offline ATC experience in MSFS'. But hey, to each his own. Some people just can't have enough addons, it seems. 😉

I prefer FSFO instead of Fs2Crew, also because I only use it to read and respond to checklists. I can just call for any checklist anytime. When I wanted to remove FS2Crew software, it was really difficult the menu’s kept on showing in MSFS.

You don't need to do that in Pilot2ATC. Databases? You mean like Navigraph? That's very simple and straight forward.
