KMCO - Updated

Featured Replies

Taxi2Gate released version 1.1 of KMCO at Simmarket. This fixes the PG issues with the bridges along with other fixes and cleanup items. No change log seen but I can glean the above from previous comments from them on FB. I held off until this version but now it’s time to buy it.

I just picked it up myself and it does look great.  Did not notice any issues with the bridges at all.

Remember to uninstall the Asobo KMCO in the content manager.

So, it's clear "buy" now, right?

In term of overall quality, how would you rate it?

Flightbeam / Flytampa quality?

Inibuilds quality?

MK Studios quality?

Lower quality than the above cited?

How do you uninstall an Asobo default airport?  For example, I have FSDreamteam KORD.  KORD is embedded in the Premium upgrade and I don't believe it can be uninstalled.

Go to the content manager in the game and make a search with KORD. You should find it and be able to uninstall it. I have th premium version and was able to do it easily using this procedure. Same for KJFK when I installed the Inibulids version.

In Content Manager search for KORD. Click on it and delete.

Just next to the search bar there are two small icons… by memory, one is a box and the other are 3 dots. You need to press one of those to be able to see KORD or KMCO so you’re just uninstalling those airports and not the relevant upgrade package.

If someone could check to see if the bridges work with PG off with this new version for those users who prefer to have it disabled.

Looks terrible. What’s going on with T2G?

Yes under the caveat that it’s better than the handcrafted one.

Mine doesn't look like this, either, but I do have the flickering (which I can live with).
