Don't worry, I'm in my 30s and my heart sinks whenever I see the word Discord.  I may venture into it as I am keen to see what's going on with Beyond ATC, but I hate it with a passion.  

Regarding this.  When I go onto OrbX central and click to buy, I'm just getting "Product not Found".  Any ideas?

I was a bit hasty with my 'Works OK fo me' post. I don't know if this has been mentioned but the shortcut on the desktop doesn't work. I done the 'Administrator' bit. Uninstalled all versions and started from scratch. Nada. The original Accuseasons works fine but if I want to change anything in the Super duper version I can't! What am I missing?

Different puppets...Same strings!

Sorry it didn't work for you. I also bought it on justflight and it worked for me.

Actually getting really confused now.  I don't have any accuseasons at all, but am keen to get the advanced product.  I can see the basic product available for purchase, but none of the links to the advanced work at all. There is a dead link at Just Flight, and the Orbx installer just says "product not found".

Do we have to buy the basic product and then update it?

Same here Ron.  Getting the update did not work at all with the method they recommended but I eventually got the Advanced version downloaded and installed (somehow).  It did work initially (yesterday) but now it does not let me make any changes. I have a 'No Data Found' error on the screen where you can manually choose date.  None of the Enhancements show up for me either. 

Now I am getting an error on opening that says my License is not valid.  I am hesitant to uninstall/reinstall since I now cannot restore my default textures. 

REX really needs to get better with these updates/releases and communications.  It is quite a mess and it seems to be the same story with every release/update. I have never had such a terrible experience trying to update their products going back to the P3D days....

And I know...I'll be told to submit a support ticket.....

Apparently not.  I'm hoping to check this out at the weekend so I want the link to work.  All this story of difficult upgrading makes me nervous to by the standard version and upgrade.

I have the exact same problem. The whole program is unnecessarily confusing and quite buggy. How can they make something so simple so complicated?

Crud!! Everything installed just fine and I was up and flying and enjoying Accuseason Advanced yesterday. This morning, I went in to change a setting and:

"License not valid. We are having a problem validating your product license. Please contact support. - Close" 

<Sigh>. I tried completely uninstalling/reinstalling, but still the same message, and no opportunity to re-enter my Accuseason key. I submitted a ticket, but with the current problem volume, I wonder how long that will take.

Oh well, I'll uninstall completely and try re-installing the original Accuseason.

Support fixed my install / licence issue and I have it seemingly working just fine on my PC.
