Not to argue, because you're 100% correct, but I got some pretty spicy messages when I criticized the Fenix 320 and got a refund, and I had a legitimate technical reason for doing so and even with the dev's help we couldn't fix it (I did like flying the plane, fwiw). It's just the nature of the internet these days: Complain first, then fight whoever shows up in defense. It's all over, and it's made a lot of communities really unpleasant these days. People need to chill out, just enjoy what we have and what we're getting. Today's a good day 🙂

Because they have been around for a LONG time, producing really really nice models of aircarft for our enjoyment. Good or bad communication aside, it's been a really reliable company throughout the years. They seem to be left behind a bit with more modern development teams surfacing or with better / different development methods, but still reliable nevertheless. I guess they have a spot on everyone's heart, hence the defensive stance. There are many other developers that are on par with PMDG or even better. It's all subject to ones opinion. The amount of time they took to develop an EFB was laughable! It's initial release was basically a disappointment for many.
