This airport was top of my wanted list, but I was going to wait until a sale at a later date before purchasing it. However, your link made me realise that it was already being sold at a 50% discount price! Purchased, downloaded, and installed

Wow I might have to pick this up.  Been using a free one off fs.to but now I've flown in/out of there 3 times since last year while on vacation over in Ireland/Scotland and might need to start simming there more.  Also from that link, i had no idea there was a Gin bar and we missed it 😞 lol

Will the scenery be sold exclusively at Contrail or will it also be available in other stores?

If all goes to plan it should be released on the Marketplace next week.

Cheers,
Lars

I already have v1 and its a bit disappointing that this isn't a free upgrade, as are most other payware airports.

Why is it that so many people expect free upgrades these days? It isn't as if this guy has added a few static tugs, changed a couple of lines, and tweaked a handful of parking spots. This is a complete rebuild of the airport with new features. You cannot expect a free upgrade for this. Anyway, the price of £11 at the moment is an absolute steal. I feel embarrassed to have only paid this amount for a brand new airport that (let's face it) is one of the best of the best.

Absolutely. I have V1 and intend to just keep it.

But I do wonder, given the fact that I may not be alone in making this decision, and that this 'a complete rebuild', the developer's time could have been better spent bringing a brand new airport to the market as opposed to a 're-hash' of an existing one, which, at the end of the day, is still very good ?
