It may work to their advantage but it also may not. Same with the Comanche. The WASM based stuff (PMDG / INIBUILDS) yeah i presume a few tweaks are needed but i don't think there will be any show stopping obstacles. What I don't get is why Asobo doesn't release the SDK to developers like PMDG ,Fenix and A2A, so they can start working on 2024 compatibility?

Personally speaking i was hoping a core group of major independent developers (except inibuilds they are already a dev partner) would have been provided early access a month or three before general developer release.... but i guess level playing field and all that ... I don't think they would be able to support all 3rd party devs right now, hence why I think they first gave access to first party devs (like ini, flightfx, gotfriends etc), and now they released the SDK to everybody, but only gave alpha build access for the ones in the market place (prioritizing the partners). But after release, they will support everybody. 9800X3D@H150i // Msi RTX 5090 Trio OC // 64GB DDR5 6000mhz CL30 // 2TB + 1TB Nvme Dell 27" 2127DGF - 1440p - Gsync - 165hz Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus // TCA Quadrant Airbus // TFRP T.Flight Rudder Pedals // Logitech Flight Multi Panel

Let them enjoy themselves ironing out the hundreds of bugs an alpha sdk suffer from; happy to wait for a more mature release while they do the hard work; at the end of the day you can never be sure if an addon work or not in the first official release until tested on it. They will keep changing and chopping; break and fix.

If they don't work in MSFS2024 without a long wait, I will hold off getting 2024. My sentiments also Bob. October 26, 20241 yr I agree with the OP for a slightly different reason.....I will be delaying 2024 for one reason, I don't like being a 'paid' beta tester for the next year or so, we all know whats coming! Jay
