That's what makes me doubt when he says he's 50 years old, but acted and kept acting like a young person with no level of maturity whatsoever. I think this whole "I'm 50 years old, it was my nephew who shared it" and so on talk is just an attempt to gain some sympathy, but he was completely obliterated by his own words.

That's the most believable part of his whole story. I know a *lot* of people who are too old to act like 8-year-olds but do. 😄

 

Well obviously I'm keeping my Flightbeam KIAD

This is like one of those rappers who could have just made music and enjoyed the beach houses and Ferraris but decided to get into drug trade and pretending he was Pablo Escobar.

I knew something was up when BMWorld tried getting ahead of Mir on Minneapolis, and then it happened again on San Francisico.  Alexy could have spent time on DFW or CDG or ATL or STL or MCI you get the point. So to me when he was following Mir's every move I started thinking. What is this dude up to?  He's obsessed with Flightbeam. Then they do IAD? Then all this info comes out.  Now stores won't carry BMWorld products. 

FSELIT posted the correspondence from 2020, which contains a claim against me and my actions in response to this claim.

1) The correspondence shows that I sided with the developer, i.e. I immediately rushed to defend the developer's rights and eliminate the violation.

2) The correspondence shows that I corrected the violation within two hours out of court, as the developer requested.

3) The correspondence shows that I apologized to the author numerous times.

The 2020 claim was settled on the same day. There have been no further claims from the author.

What is the purpose of raising a resolved claim 4 years later?
If Flightbeam Studios wanted to resolve the issue peacefully, he could have written to me directly first. But he do not contact me directly. He choose cyberbullying.

As I said before and will repeat now: I DO NOT HAVE AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY RELATIONSHIP TO THE PIRATE COMMUNITY. The situation in 2020 is not proof of my piracy.
Accusing me of piracy on a permanent basis is a violation of my rights, it defames my honor and dignity without any reason.

I ask the community not to forget about the presumption of innocence and not to support illegal harassment and bullying of a person on the Internet.

Regarding the choice of airports for development:

1) I want to note that in the stores where I place my works, there are no Flightbeam Studios products. This is proof that I am not persecuting him, I have no goal to harm his sales.

2) The claim that I vented my anger on Flightbeam Studios airports is untenable. I want to note that the first Flightbeam Studios airport that I created was 34th on my list. You can verify this by visiting my website (beautifulmodelworld.com), which has the order of airport creation. Also there is  LFBZ Biarritz airport, which I created before Flightbeam.
This confirms that I did not persecute him or take out my anger.

I am very concerned about the impact this conflict has on customers. I am currently working on updating my airports for the new MSFS2024. Since the sale of my airports in stores is frozen, customers will not be able to receive updates.
Therefore, I want to resolve this situation in every possible way.
That is why, on November 13, 2024, I sent  a proposal to Mir (Flightbeam) for a peaceful resolution of the conflict. I sent the message through an intermediary so that there would be a witness.
This means that I am ready for peaceful negotiations to resolve all differences between the parties. However, I have not received an answer.

With this letter, I once again offer Flightbeam Studios to resolve the differences directly.

I am currently making every efforts to find a solution for my customers so that my customers can receive updates.

Has the product been released yet? It looks amazing. This is my home airport. I live 5 files away from it; in fact I can hear the airplanes taking off as we write this.  I looked in ORBX and Market Place but it is not listed yet.

Looks like all their outlets have stopped listing them. Only stuff available from BMW is the previously "free to members" on their own website - the later stuff like KIAD is shown there but not downloadable / available for purchase from there.
