Didn't work for me either Ron, was hoping to get in some BS Baron flights....funny how it's always what you can't have that you want the most haha.  Haven't flown the Baron in a while and now that is all I want to fly.

Installed g36 improvement project but there is a high pitch sound in cockpit, cant have that sound when flying and those wings are so long cant see the scenery. Hmmmm.

Any idea what sound it is ?

Same here. BKSQ Bonanza itself is running fine but TDS GTNXi screen stays black.

 

Edit: Found the culprit. I used the old TDS GPS Manager (V 1.0.1.1). You need to download V 1.0.1.3 from your TDS account page. Run it and you can install an additional gauge (V 2.0.0) for MSFS2024. The old gauge file (V 1.0.18) will only work with MSFS2020.

Check the aux fuel pump, for me it started in the high position when I loaded into the cockpit 

Managed to get the BS Bonanza running with the TDS unit working as well in 2024. But I’m encountering a fair amount of stuttering when operating near complex airport, in this case, DD’s KDCA. This on a rig with 5800X3d CPU, an RTX4080 Super vid card, 32 gigs of RAM, and a 4K monitor. Will have to test more to see whether the Bonanza or the KDCA add on is the culprit.

That did the trick, Mine was also on high.

1. Aux Fuel Pump -> High -> 2 step down with middle mouse button (Scroll wheel) -> No sound

I have a possible explanation..  The Baron is part of the DeLuxe pack, and includes encrypted folders, whereas the Bonanza is part of the Base pack, and as best I can tell, nothing is encrypted.  We will have to wait until MS releases the "Marketplace" functionality which should allow us to access our owned 2020 content.. Lets see how well that works.. 🫢

The G36 improvement mod was working fine for me previously. But I don't think I had copied the default G36 from 2020 over. Now I have, and the improvement mod acts strange. Starting on the tarmac, the engines are running. I've tried the default G36 (the 2020 version). Starting from cold and dark, when I turn the battery switches on, the engines are cranking. Even though the ignition switch is in the off position. 

What am I doing wrong? I have the G36 improvement mod in the community folder, and "asobo-aircraft-bonanza-g36" from 2020 in MSFS2024\Official2020\OneStore.

Update: 

I just realized it could be because my assignments have been messed up. I noticed a few key binds had disappeared. And I suspect that other assignments could be wrong too. Oh dear.

It was indeed messed up assignments. All good now!

Hey hey hey there master painter. Who you kidding? It was you that for FSX/P3D painted the Milviz Baron B55 in an US Army T42 livery, which is what I gained my multi-engine and instrument ratings in back in the day.  That paint job, which included all of the external text warning and alert labels, is hall of fame quality.  You are the man for the Baron > no question!
