December 13, 20241 yr That looked like a jet airliner to me. Some of the people here are sophisticated enough to tell us exactly what make and model jet airliner. One guy's best guess is that the drones are run by the US government, searching for anything nuclear. If I were a terrorist trying to deploy a suitcase bomb, I'd know EXACTLY what those drones are. The only people who don't know are us. If these things represented any kind of threat to the US, we'd be all over them. They'd be a threat to air traffic, which would likely be grounded. We'd be following them to their source, and even shooting them down. The fact that this isn't happening means they aren't a threat (except by accident, of course) and our dear government is BSing us. The Dog That Didn't Bark. Sherlock Holmes investigated a stolen horse and concluded it was taken by someone well known to the guard dog, which didn't bark. Well, the dogs that should be barking in this case are not, which means the dogs know exactly what is happening. Hook Edited December 13, 20241 yr by LHookins Larry Hookins Oh! December 13, 20241 yr A senator claimed he'd been told it was an Iranian drone carrier responsible. But I saw a video yesterday that pointed out that their drone carriers had been spotted nowhere near the US. Edited December 13, 20241 yr by martin-w

December 14, 20241 yr I think it’s a classic case of mass hysteria, like the War of the Worlds fiasco in 1938 when people tuned into a radio drama about a Martian invasion and thought it was real. H.G. Wells I believe. If they were of a sinister source I don’t think a malefactor would have them lit up like Christmas trees flying around at night. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_War_of_the_Worlds_(1938_radio_drama) Vic green
