  • Boeing Autopilot panel now supports the iFly 737 MAX 8. See the patch notes here: winwingsim.com/view/simapppro.html

  • I wonder whether Winwing espouses the "just in time" manufacturing principle (scaled to their size). Given the flight simulator market for these specialised products isn't exactly gargantuan it makes

  • Perfect timing for my 2nd CDU's to arrive for the 777 and 737.  I have the mount all ready to go with my tablet keeping the spot warm LOL 🙂  Just noticed it's time for a step climb too LOL

That does look impressive!!  My only concern is this part below because having the OpenCockpit units I know that the software interaction is as critical as the HW itself and these things are usually far from Plug and Play  Will be interesting how soon it's compatible with different add-ons but really impressive looking unit!

I think the compatibility will be fulfilled as far as possible, maybe not at the beginning of the release but with later SimAppPro updates - hopefully !!!

I think this is realy looking like a good company/Developer and the better for the costumers the better for the companie itself and they know that..

Certainly filling a big gap after GoFlight bowed out of the market!  Looking forward to see what models this works with.   I used to use my GF MCP for the planes my Opencockpit modules didn't work with like iFly for example so even if this only works with the models my other unit doesn't it's a great option at that price point.

Meanwhile I'm still waiting on my MCDU Preorder 😄
I wish they had more stock

 CPU  AMD Ryzen 9800X3D  |  GPU  NVIDIA RTX 3080  |  RAM  32 GB DDR5 6000

I wonder whether Winwing espouses the "just in time" manufacturing principle (scaled to their size). Given the flight simulator market for these specialised products isn't exactly gargantuan it makes sense for them to wait for a minimum number of pre-orders to come in before they do a batch.
I could be totally wrong, of course.

I'll say it :

I'm very impressed with what I've seen from WW. Way more unimpressed though by avsim thread titles competing with YouTube and the less reputable news sites for who can produce the least informative title in order to get clicks just to see what it's about.

Couldn't agree more.  It's all very tiresome.

But back on topic, does anyone know if WW is also selling the frame housing on which they mounted the throttle and spoiler/flap accessory at the show.

Here is a start how about shipping a unit that was pre preordered back in January??? I have heard nothing....
