June 6, 2025Jun 6 This looks fantastic; one of the best looking modern airliners out there. I’m pumped for it.

For development this slow they may as well just keep working till they are around 95% complete before posting updates (Personal opinion).. acutely aware people may feel otherwise. I think the majority will agree. The view count fell off drastically especially once they started showing systems with NO sounds.
June 6, 2025Jun 6 The “Inibuilds knows how to do optimization” line was a complete clown show 🤡 really??? It was very underwhelming and too much hype just like the A350. And A350 turned out to be very underwhelming. The cockpit looked like something out of virtualcol. Maybe a bit better. Images were much better Edited June 6, 2025Jun 6 by Aviator_2024
June 6, 2025Jun 6 Now we know AVSIM again... Jeez... I was actually pleasantly suprised of the quality. Looks very nice! Looking forward to it. Best regards,--Anders Bermann-- ____________________Scandinavian VAPilot-ID: SAS2471

June 6, 2025Jun 6 Looking forward to it. It has been a long ride for this plane to be developed. Hopefully we'll see it out in the following weeks. But PMDG said their updated release for 773 for 2024 would be released by the May. It's been very quiet over there lately. Insert the obligatory PMDG dig here You can do that if you want to but since 2020 there has been the DC6 /737 and 777 product lines with more coming. We are still waiting on the singular A220 going back from that same time frame... You can literally see super detailed renderings from this group since 2021 on their discord... We are now in 2025... Still sans product.. You wont find me complaining about PMDG's development time frames... sorry .. They already had a great model from the time Synaptics name was sitting in the A320NX installer so showing us all that detail work again? .. meh. Same with the Electric systems .. they already had worked on that . They still have the bleed systems to work on and fadec, throttle management + sensors and i don't know where they are with aerodynamics and navigation since i clicked away after hearing of so many deep systems not yet worked on. Mind you they are a new dev that understandably have gone through some iterations with this product and i do want to pick it up when released. But i think it would be best to keep head down and wait till imminent release or at most .. you have a product in alpha state and you need the last few months to get it to release candidate before providing updates considering how long the target audience have already waited. Again people are free to disagree and appreciate this stuff.. But after viewing a few "development updates" going as far back as 2021 after awhile it just feels like a reminder that they are not near completion. Sorry to be that guy but yeah .. the patience has worn out for me personally. Let me know when you have the actual product ready for me to evaluate for purchase. June 6, 2025Jun 6 Moderator Maybe it’s because I’ve been simming since the 8-bit days, but I was floored by the incredibly detailed and gorgeous modeling. I’m sure once the sounds are added and they do a good full introductory flight video it’ll be an amazing display of an A220. None of those PMDG products were created from the ground up... they are all recycled from FSX/P3D code. Calling development that started as open source glacial when a more established developer who makes a boatload of money can't even update their existing fleet to 2024 in 6 months isn't very fair IMO.
