The full preset name is “AB MSFS”. There is one in each category Weather, Atmos and Enviro. According to the creator @abennett you should load them via the 3 tabs and not those listed on the top 5 as they are older versions.

Yes, and if you click on the «edit» button to adjust the values of a preset, it reverts all parameters back to default. Sometimes. Sometimes not. Sometimes you can then save it, sometimes not. Sometimes it loads the preset if clicking on the magnifying glass, sometimes it does not. And why the heck after loading a preset and clicking again on e.g. «Atmos» tab, it does NOT show what is currently in use but an empty window with the list of the presets only, only REX knows. Also the fact that you can change values on the last digit of a number with seven digits after the comma on a stupidly huge range nobody ever uses is also a mistery to me...

Hi, Rex core crashes when I try to run it on SU4. Is that a known issue, please ?

It is definitely not compatible with SU4. Hopefully soon, but REX did not release it until after SU3 was released, so there is a chance they will not support it in a beta.

If there are no useful improvements in SU4 beta for me personally, I might go back to SU3 as that is running well for me, including Atmos.

Not sure where you got "next week" from?  This is direct from their Discord announcement this morning

Where did they say that?  The quote I posted is directly from their announcement in discord this morning, I didn't see anything else in there about "next week".

edit:  not trying to come across as "difficult" just genuinely curious where they mentioned it.

Interesting, they must have changed their plans since the official announcement I quoted was posted 25 minutes before that message.  Well, that would definitely be nice if they put it out next week.  Just a bit confusing since they said two different things within 30 minutes of each other.

I just bought this from orbx. Downloaded to my orbx folder in addon linker.

When I select (tick) it, it shows selected, but when I close addon linker it unticks ( if that makes sense )!

When I start MSFS2024 atmos doesn't show an icon or program ? I have to go back to orbx central to launch the program. Surely, I'm doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.  

Disregard. I had to uninstall from orbx and download the program from REX using the serial numbers from orbx.

Very confusing...........

It's not an in sim addon like a plane or airport, it's a stand alone program so you have to launch it no matter where you bought from or what you installed it with.  If you know how to add entries to the sim's exe.xml file you could probably edit it to add an entry to launch it with the sim though.
