Dunno. I have the LVFR and wanted the BMworld version.

Yeah, check the in-game marketplace under their new name (Glideslope Pro) and their sceneries should be in there for purchase. I'm running their KMIA, KLAS, KIAD, KPHX, and KSAN.

  • Glideslope's version blows LatinVFR's out of the water.  Despite whatever drama people have with Glideslope, their stuff competes with some of the best. Happy customer of theirs.

Thank you sir, much appreciated.

Thanks for this info.

I didn't know they rebranded and have a handful of their airports.

Who can provide feedback if their older airports for 2020 function properly in 2024?

I have KOAK, KSEA, KDAB, KPBI, KMEM, KPHX, KMRY, KCOS...

They used to be BMWORLD. They were removed from a bunch of third party sites for accusations of alleged piracy. They rebranded as Glideslope. Im not sure if its new team. As far as their airports, they are legit and very good models. They are performance heavy but I own quite a few of them and would recommend if you are in the market.

This is a strong accusation! I have read about this too but I have my doubts. BMWORLD published many airport sceneries at a time when no other devs had any of these BMW sceneries in their portfolio. How could that be piracy? Their first airports were mainly in Northern Italy when no others 3rd party of that region was available.

I got their KLAS and finally the ILS on 26L works unlike the borked glideslope on the FT version. Probably pickup their KIAD as well as FB is outdated now.

Is there a gsx file for their klas version yet ? Thanks

This is the rebranding of that company. The same person is behind it.

So I avoid it like the plague.

Then you obviously have NOT read about what happened.

I could spend the time to dig it up again, as it transpired here on AVSIM, but the gist is that Contrail and Umberto from FsDreamteam were able to track back pirated versions of sceneries on filesharing sites to the e-mail account of the owner of BMWorld.

He shared sceneries he had bought from his competitors on pirate sites.

When there was enough conclusive evidence of this his company got shut out of all online vendors one by one.

That's why he had to rebrand.

KPHX should be ok, if I remember correctly. The others, I'm not sure.

I've been a fan from the beginning with the original "pay a small chunk and get all the airports for the one fee" package, and I've got all their stuff (and now transferred to their own Glideslope site). Good stuff, all of it, and I've always found them very helpful - they even made a specific change to KSAN for me.

As to the reputed misbehaviour, well, I wasn't in the room so can't comment, but I've always found them to be high integrity and helpful, with good products.

Most of their stuff now available in specific 2024 versions, and I don't recall any issues with the earlier stuff in 2024.

Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used

I've had similar issues on their website. Not sure if it is sanctions related or what?? I messaged them and they weren't sure either. Anyways, I ended up purchasing KMIA and KIAD from them via the Marketplace due to the CC issue.

Bought three of their airports from the Marketplace this morning. No problems. I appreciate your help.

That’s the URL and it shows quite a few airports.

It definitely isn't.  When I put that into Google it comes up with some cheap "tHiS dOmAiN iS fOr sAle" site.

[EDIT:  just read that you typed '.com' instead of .pro'].

For buyers in the US, I suspect the CC payments not working is sanctions-related as BMW / Glideslope is a Russian guy.  I'm not judging him for that or making any political payment.  To me, people are people and governments are governments.  I remember in 2022 when the Ukraine war began, he had all his payments frozen and couldn't sell for a while.   I felt sorry for him.  It's a shame when political actions affect innocent people in this way.

I have 4 of his airports - they're really nice, visually, but I don't use them as there is a performance penalty on all of them and for me, smooth, fluid play always beats stunning airport aesthetics.

I never noticed a significant performance problem with BMWorld airports in MSFS 2020, and that was when I was using my old PC. They should have absolutely no problems whatsoever on my new one.

They recently released a 2024 native KPHX, which was $5 to upgrade. It looks great to me.

I have all of the ones you mentioned, and they all seem to work well. I think they are actually all considered as 2024 compatible too. KMEM was updated for 2024 recently as well, and bought it for I believe $5.
