The csam stuff is integral to windows and cannot be disabled, launched in 2009 and includes windows 10. any unique file on your windows machine can and is randomly sampled and sent to US law enforcement plus the various global intelligence agencies for industrial espionage if it's interesting enough, training copilot otherwise. So, I installed v2.1 of the ERJ 195....

Could any of you with this addon please create a short list of the stuff that doesn't yet get modelled or, in his/her oppinion is still incorrectly / inconsistently modelled ?

I really would like to be able to get a TAP / Portugalia livery too 🙂

I'm on the fence considering migrating to a Linux system, and AFAIK this addon works in Linux too....

Justflight Traffic Global, a true must have for me also works in Linux 🙂

The level of the ridiculous comments is mind boggling. I'm telling myself people can't possibly believe the nonsense that they are spreading.

Let's not turn this thread into slander with all the disinformation.

I agree with charliearon.

No, it does not and never has. If you want traffic on Linux outside of the default AI on Linux, you have to use LiveTraffic or AutoATC.

And don’t rely on any LLM for confirmation! This statement is false.

Well we have Dazzys AI traffic, which should work on all platforms as they are only models, I have just being updating to fix some issues. One caveat is I dont have access to FMOD files to update them so it can cause clashes with some default aircraft like citationx, works fine with zibomod

Release seems to be imminent. Trailer - by Aviationlads - was published yesterday on their YT-channel.

Definitely a purchase for sure.

I really want to fly the ERJ in the sim but I’m getting mixed signals about XCrafts (not purchased their stuff before). Is it true that the ERJs have the default FMS from the XPlane Citation X? That's a big red flag to me if it’s true

Even if it is the default citx is based on the real one, its not a boeing or airbus

If you watch the AviationLads trailer on YouTube and jump to 1:20 in the video there's a very clear shot of the ERJ FMS units and they don't look like the default XP12 Citation X FMS to me:

Custom made CDU and fonts, IIRC.

on the NAV IDENT page, you will see software version "XP 12.X.X"
That's a dead give away.

Doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. The default FMS is quite capable. But I guess you will not find some specific ERJ quirks if you went looking for them.

Just cross-checked. The FMS is that from the default CitationX. Makes sense as both jets have a similar avionics fit (Primus series). The default FMS is better than one thinks and as long as X-Crafts hacked the correct ERJ performance tables into its database, the only potential issue I see is that the product comes with a $80 price tag regardless.
