FlightFX: HJet 24 To Be Released 26/02/19

Featured Replies

The gamebox crowd will luv the HJET since the plane does much of the tedious work for them.

The G3000 is also a great way to get into a premier VLJ.

Flight FX should sell bunches of them and every simmer in Japan will own one.  🤩

Actually since writing that I noticed you can buy the HJet at Orbx and Contrail so if they are offering a free upgrade to the 2024 version it would surely have to be available there too.

Me too. I never bought it for 2020 but would get it for 2024 if I could buy it from Orbx for example.

I flew many hours in it in 2020 and it's really enjoyable.  If you like the FFX Visionjet it's a similar level of quality but more advanced. Highly automated so a good choice for when you fancy a jet flight but can't be bothered with complex set up steps.

I like the Vision Jet except for the pristine 'plastic' aesthetic. From the screen shots it looks like the HJet is just as immaculate. It would be a shame if it didn't take advantage of the dirt layers available in 2024.

My understanding is that it will also be in retail channels.

That, by the way, is true to the namesake model in true life.  Fast jet rated as single pilot.

Why would one buy this instead of the free/cheaper Longitude…?

e.g., I can understand the value prop of the Citation X, but the Honda Jet seems way too similar in operation to the Longitude…?

I do stand to be corrected

Because they wanted to.  Simple as that. Same question could be asked of you, “Why would you ask such a question?”  Same answer, because you wanted to.

See how that works? Blue skies,

That's a facile answer to an honest question.
