That sound is intended for the take off roll, and is meant to simulate "driving over the (runway) lights" 😊  It's relatively convincing - on the ground!!! - I've never heard it in the air, so imagine this was a sound loop glitch.  I can see how it would be distracting, still hearing that at FL410!

I'm enjoying the new native 2024 model.  My own personal observation is that the a/c feels a little over-powered on the initial climb out, straight after t/o. For typical loads and climb out pitch angles, the speed on the ASI just seems to spin like a fruit machine.  The FMS speed commands a 140kts climb but after rotation and initial climb out at typical pitch, my speed was already over 200kts.  Pitching up would have led to a very high pitch / AoA, so I throttled back instead.

Anyone else found this?  If not, perhaps I was lighter than intended.  Or perhaps you're not supposed to pull back the throttle to the "MCT" detent for climb, and in fact retard it more?

The cruise / climb is 210 after flaps are retracted and limited to 160 before with AP / AT on and set to FMS.

I never touch the throttle after takeoff and AP / AT are on until AT is off for approach.

AP / AT are on ASAP after gear up and positive rate.

Cruise altitude / FLC and HDG / heading bug (forward initially) are preset before takeoff.

And of course the flight plan is set up early.

Am about to fly the forementioned Vancouver to Vegas flight. This is from my account at FltPlan.com, a real world Garmin owned flight planning site.  I have a nicely tuned Hjet fuel table there based on 1,000 ft increments in altitude, and have logged 1,280 Hjet hours over 675 flights in MSFS 2020 and 2024.  This plan is at FL370 (if OAT cooperate) with (6) souls onboard and storage bays at 50% of capacity. Only need to load about 2,600 lbs of fuel, and that is very close to max for overall weight.  Would need less fuel with lesser pax/cargo load.

I quickly move the route [SEA J5 FMG J92 OAL TQILA.COKTL4] over to simbrief for import into the Hjet.

Fuel remaining: 710

For all you 2020 folks out there the differences between the HJET 24 and HJET 20 version are massive mostly due to MSFS 2024 I'm guessing.

Subjective of course but I am enjoying the sim so much more now with HJET 24.  Every aspect of flight simulation has improved.  Tick all the boxes.  Both the plane and the MSFS24 are the culprits.

Keep in mind I used an early release 2020 plane for 5 years.  the volume is turned up to 11 now.  😊

Downloading now. I hope that I'm not disappointed with SU4.

My only two concerns are, will BATC & FSLTL work as it does in 2020 and I want to see Boats & Ships moving without needed to buy another add-on.

Update: WOW! Only a 9 GIG install.

Thanks for this! My comment about the fuel stop was for Vancouver to Cabo San Lucas. Flight planning indicated that I was 1 tonne short of fuel.

Click on the AT button in the autopilot section.

Thanks.  Yes.  I downloaded the Free UPGRADE and now the AT works fine.  Appreciate your response.  Perhaps the 1st edition of this plane was the one I was using.

ps.  Does this HondaJet have doors?
