Multiframe generation for all GPUs…

@turbomax does MSFS2024 keep your settings? In my case, each time I fire up my sim, the frame gen setting is reverted to 2x instead of 4x. Slightly annoying...

270 fps on a lousy RTX 4090, no RTX 5090 required, just add MultiFrameGen and DLSS MFG enabler!  yes, this is not the Fenix at EGLL at 4K, but even at 1080p in IFR conditions en

It's a known bug. Supposedly it's fixed in the most recent SU5 beta.

just tried an amazed at first sight. TAA and FG4 is very smooth, just did a 2min hop around EDDH in the Fenix. will test more tomorrow only, let's see whether it holds its promises...

So, how did your testing go?

So this wont work in 2020 as there is no option in the settings to change (X) how many frame gen multiplier you want..........

I'm running 40 FPS x 3 X(FG) for 120FPS. It very seldom drops. The sim is butter smooth regardless of airport or amount of traffic.

I'm going to keep runing this for the next few flights. I'm really impressed with the results.

Right, the frames are amazing, I can use my 4090 at 3x with 4k, just be careful of not opening a 2d window or the sim will CTD.

Just wrapped up a 10.5 hr flight from SFO-EDDF. Wanted to test the stability of a long haul. It performed amazingly!

Coming into EDDF with over 30 planes on the ground while on VATSIM, running 4k and ultra/high settings and I never dropped below 110 fps. I’m locked at 117 fps.

How are your CPU and GPU temps?

Perfect - I was monitoring them during that flight and my CPU & GPU temps were perfectly normal. Honestly, it seems like my system is less stressed than it was before with lower cpu & gpu utilization since using this mod. @Wise87 said it well - it's freakin black magic haha

So at this point I’ve completed probably a dozen or so flights including several long hauls.

This mod is completely stable for me and I’d argue it has made my sim more stable. GPU utilization and temps are improved with 3x, very few visual anomalies, and consistent performance with locked fps at 117. Flying into large airports like EGLL, KLAX, KORD, KJFK shows very little dip in performance… literally a couple frames. The only thing that still takes a bit of a hit are the high level/thin clouds… for whatever reason on ultra they’re terrible, but even then my fps only dipped into the high 90s.

Overall, this has been a phenomenal mod and is something I’m surprised hasn’t gained more attention. I can only speak for a 4090 and for MSFS 2024, but so many users would benefit from this mod.

I was seeing better performance with this mod regarding FG at x2 on RTX4080, mainly because FG wasn't randomly "stopping" or "halting," which in turn meant I didn't have to ALT+ENTER to cycle the window and get FG running.  This worked fine during multiple test flights on SU4 last week. However, I am unable even to launch the sim using this mod with the latest SU5 beta. I just switched to beta to test it today, and launching MSFS24 Steam immediately opened the window and caused the game to CTD. Removing the mod (version.dll) resolves the crash. Anyone else seeing issues with SU5?

working fine here.

Though I just installed the newest video drivers, and for some reason enabling FG lowers my base FPS. FG off I get 30fps, turning it to 2x drops my real FPS to 15, turning on 3x drops it to 10.

This was not happening earlier today.

I accidentally limited my FPS in GPU tweak

What version are you using, if you don't mind me asking? I tried 4.5.2 and 4.5.3, but I get the CTD with both. I am going to attempt a driver clean + update next.

4.5.2

I didn't even see there was an update.

most, except it automatically always resets to DYNAMIC SETTINGS = ON even if I reset it back to OFF, and AI traffic always reverts back from ULTRA to NONE, in 2D and in VR.

only traffic program I have installed is FSLTL, but it is not running currently.

also: resets automatically FRAME GENERATION to AMD FSR 3 every time after I reset it to NVidia DLSS.

not sure if the NVidia App tries to "help" and "optimize" MSFS 2024 😀
